The National Federation of the Blind of Idaho Palouse Empire Chapter will be meeting Tuesday, October 18 at 11 AM. Meetings are held in the back room at Café Artista, corner of 3rd and Main in Moscow Idaho. We invite all who are blind or visually impaired, as well as sighted family members and others who are interested in this great organization to attend.
