- Set/adjust your priorities—goal setting activity

- Let the guilt go
- Embrace balance—Visualization/creative activity
During this workshop, we will explore the importance of actively taking care of ourselves and how it builds the foundation for being strong, effective and inspiring leaders. Some of the strategies we will explore include, understanding your "why", setting and adjusting your priorities, building support systems and letting the guilt go. You will leave this workshop empowered to step into your strengths.
