Description
9AM-12PM – Volunteer Management. This session is for those
who work for a nonprofit organization. As a nonprofit manager you
have the opportunity to work with a variety of volunteers, all with
their own passions and personalities. You want them to be happy
and dedicated as well as believing they are making a positive
impact on your organization. Learn how to harness the positive
energy, as well as address and overcome the challenges of
managing volunteers. At the beginning of the session your specific
challenges will be identified and addressed during the presentation.
