Exploring best practices, investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as examining some less traditional workforce development avenues, will allow us to become better equipped to face the challenges of today's workforce. In this interactive presentation, we will explore impactful strategies for attracting, supporting, developing and retaining strong leaders.
Presentor: Rene Johnston with Employee Engagement Solutions
Rene Johnston is the owner and founder of Employee Engagement Solutions.
Her organization specializes in improving culture, retention and profitability by building more engaged teams.Rene spends much of her time working with organizations across the United States. She is an author and speaker whose work can be found in various print and online publications. Rene also serves as a regular columnist for The Journal of Business and Spokane/Coeur D'alene Living magazine. She formerly served as adjunct faculty member for the Lewis-Clark State College Business Division and is now a member of the Gonzaga School of Business Administration Dean's Forum Board. Rene was selected as a TEDx speaker and holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development.
She works with businesses in the financial, retail, service and healthcare industries as well as the non-profit sector where she utilizes her business expertise and experience to offer tailored consultation as well as develop and deliver custom programming that is highly motivational, fast-paced.
