2016 US Chamber Overtime Ruling Presentation

Description

As promised the Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of
Commerce has been monitoring the Department
of Labor Overtime Rule and how it will impact our
business community. This new regulation increases the
salary threshold to $47,476 from the current threshold
of $23,660 and employers have until December 1, 2016
to come into compliance with the new requirement.
On September 20 from 12- 2 pm your Lewis Clark
Valley Chamber of Commerce in hosting a luncheon
with Chris Elyer with the US Chamber of Commerce.
Chris will be here to answer questions and help our
members be prepared for the overtime rule.
