Elite Home Health and Hospice and the Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for a special Breakfast of Champions. Come and hear about the Elite Foundation’s Best Day program which grants hospice patients and their families their “best day”. Hear from one of our Elite hospice family members as they share about the fulfillment of their best day when they traveled to Seattle to meet Quarterback Russell Wilson, Head Coach Pete Carrol and the Seattle Seahawks team. The breakfast will also include information about services by Elite Home Health & Hospice as well as a special award presentation.
